Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides Treatment Esher, Surrey

Ameela® is an injectable solution, based on polynucleotides. The polynucleotides used in Ameela® are purified, making them free from other components, such as proteins, which can trigger an immune response. It is a new innovative and effective way to restore skin firmness and elasticity, and ensure healthy skin that is protected against free radicals and cellular damage

Polynucleotides & How they Work

We skillfully and precisely administer Ameela® underneath the skin surface which results in a positive stimulation of fibroblasts, osteoblasts, and adipocytes, as well as other structures in the skin. The stimulation of fibroblasts by polynucleotides have proven regenerative properties, helping to revitalize and rejuvenate the skin. They work by promoting cell growth and stimulating the production of essential components such as collagen and elastin, which are responsible for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness. These changes leave the patient with improved skin quality and an improved youthful complexion.

What to Expect During your Polynucleotides Treatment

After a thorough consultation with your practitioner and your concerns have been addressed, we will treat the skin with the injectable. There may be mild swelling right after your treatment which will subside after a few days. While visible improvements can be seen after the first session, optimal results typically require 2-3 treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart.

Eyes

Polynucleotides can be used to treat the delicate skin under the eyes, which is often prone to fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles. As we age, the skin in this area loses collagen and elasticity, leading to hollowing and tired-looking eyes. Polynucleotides help by deeply hydrating the skin and stimulating collagen production, which can reduce puffiness, smooth fine lines, and improve the overall texture and appearance of the under-eye area. This makes the eyes look more refreshed and youthful.

Neck

The skin on the neck is thinner and more prone to sagging and fine lines, particularly as we age or with repeated sun exposure. These signs of aging can make the neck area appear older or less firm. Polynucleotides can help restore hydration, improve skin elasticity, and stimulate collagen production in this area. By injecting the solution into the neck, it helps tighten the skin, smooth out fine lines, and improve the overall tone and texture of the neck area, giving it a more youthful appearance.

Face

The face is one of the most common areas treated with polynucleotides. Over time, the skin on the face loses its natural hydration and elasticity, leading to fine lines, wrinkles, and an overall dull appearance. Polynucleotides are ideal for treating facial areas by deeply hydrating the skin and promoting collagen regeneration. This not only restores a youthful glow but also smooths out fine lines and enhances the firmness and texture of the skin. Polynucleotides can be used on various parts of the face, such as the cheeks, jawline, and forehead, providing a non-invasive option to revitalise and refresh the facial appearance.
