What is Juläine?

Juläine is a next-generation biostimulatory injectable designed to activate your skin’s own collagen production and subtly restore lost facial volume. Unlike traditional fillers, Juläine works gradually — it doesn’t simply “fill,” it encourages renewal from within. Over time, as your collagen framework is rebuilt, skin texture improves, contours lift, and your face regains a refreshed, natural fullness.

How Juläine Works

Juläine is composed of Poly- L-lactic acid (PLLA) that, once injected into the deep dermis, acts as a stimulus to your fibroblasts. Rather than immediate volumising, the effect is cumulative: the product degrades slowly, and collagen is deposited in its place.

This results in gradual, natural tightening and volumization over weeks to months. Because the effect is from your own collagen synthesis, results can last significantly longer than conventional fillers.

Juläine uses very uniform, smooth, high-purity PLLA microspheres (via LaSynPro) which are less prone to aggregation or clustering. This dramatically reduces the risk of granuloma or nodule formation which has been known to be an issue with other PLLA products such as Sculptra.

• Injections are placed in a strategic grid or layer, taking care to avoid overcorrection.

Post-Procedure & Aftercare

• Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur, usually resolving in a few days.
• Massage the treated areas (e.g. gentle circular rubs) several times per day for several days (as instructed).
• Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat (sauna, sun exposure) or pressure on the area for 24–48 hours.
• Makeup can often be used after a short period, depending on any injection site trauma.
